Student Services” staff give to the students? The student services staff is playing a major role in organizing the college system. There are many things you can get from the staff such as:- v
To Whom It may
concern letters: Used for explaining that a student can’t come to work or to
change class schedule or explaining a situation and for helping students who
have jobs during Ramadan. v
Answering lots of
questions. v
Registering
students. v
Keep student
records. v
Work placement. v
Student
counseling: helping students who have particular problems with instructors or
family problems. Also help students with financial problems by giving them the
money they need and also talk to students who break the college laws. What are the
activities that students can take-part in? v
Orientations :
giving information to new students and telling them about the college rules.
Also to help them and answer their questions. Lets not forget that it makes the
students get used to college life v
Health week. v
Graduations :
having a ceremony at the college and the graduates wear the besht. We give them
the certificates and prizes v
Spring
celebration. it’s the last get together for the college community to have a
meal, play games and talk to people v
Al Ain flower
festival : the college supports Al Ain community and shows some of the students
work. We have a display of computers and we show solar demonstrations.
